Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani has applauded the selection made by the Zambian President on death penalty by stating that only an individual who's compassionate as has severe appreciation for the law, human dignity in addition to fundamental human rights is able to make such formidable choices. Dr. Rajan Mahtani in addition applauded the Zambian President for respecting the need to end such an inhumane, cruel as well as degrading punishment. According to Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, the consensus across the globe in the direction of complete abolishment of the merciless and inhumane exercise of loss of life penalty is developing, as such, President of Zambia has been recommended for leading the path closer to respecting the fundamental right to stay.
