Dr. Mahtani Applauds Decision From Zambian President

 



Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani has applauded the selection made by the Zambian President on death penalty by stating that only an individual who's compassionate as has severe appreciation for the law, human dignity in addition to fundamental human rights is able to make such formidable choices. Dr. Rajan Mahtani in addition applauded the Zambian President for respecting the need to end such an inhumane, cruel as well as degrading punishment. According to Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, the consensus across the globe in the direction of complete abolishment of the merciless and inhumane exercise of loss of life penalty is developing, as such, President of Zambia has been recommended for leading the path closer to respecting the fundamental right to stay. Even in Zambia, the consensus in the direction of abolishment of dying penalty has been developing appreciably. As such, the stance taken through the Zambian President is not only unwavering and bold, but also a step inside the right direction. He in addition stated that this selection is a step in the direction of God’s praise toward non-stop recovery and blessing the humans of Zambia in addition to Zambian nation.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani stated that there are more than 350 inmates with death penalty in Zambia with minimum 25-30 ladies. All these inmates are already dwelling on existence of punishment, unknown and the concern of being executed every day. As such, this punishment is difficult enough for these inmates.
